Store Return Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction with all Music-Plaza.com's merchandise!
You may return items or package with it's original packaging
within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We will refund the
shipping cost only if the return is a result of our error. If the
return is not result of our error, the shipping and handling charge
will be charged even though shipping & handling were free when
customer placed the order. Please be informed that Music-Plaza.com
can process returns and refunds only for item(s) purchased from
Music-Plaza.com. You can expect a refund in the same from of payment
originally within 7 to 12 business days of our receiving your
return. (We only accept returns through mail ONLY, PLEASE DO NOT
BRING RETURNS TO OUR LOCAL STORE!!).
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a
damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement
or issue you a full refund after we receive returned the damaged or
defective product (No additional shipping or handling fees for
replacement shipments). Any damages or alterations caused by the
customer are not eligible for replacement. Refund will be issued in
the same from of payment origianlly used.
When returning
package(s), customer must contact Music Plaza via e-mail only for
Return Authorization Number and must follow the Music Plaza's
insturction on how to return the package (We will not accept any
phone calls and returned package(s) without return authorization
number). Please be informed that we can refund shipping costs only
if the return is a result of our error. (We only accept returns
through mail ONLY, PLEASE DO NOT BRING RETURNS TO OUR LOCAL STORE!!)
Special order or Backorder
Special orders or
backordered item(s) are re-stocked within approx. 2 weeks(Time can
vary). You will be notified of your special order or backorder
status within 30 days of your inquiry. (We will send you an update
via email.)

Music Plaza uses
the latest technology to protect your credit card information. All

Layer. Your credit card or private information will not be released
to anyone. You may also fax or email your card information to us.
Shipping & Handling
All ordered item(s) will
be shipped via UPS within 24 hours of reciept of your order (only if
your order is placed before 12:00pm Pacific Standard Time)(during
business days excluding Sat, Sun & Holidays).
As of March 1, 2006, All domestic orders over $100.00 (Not including Tax & shipping / Handling Charge. And Free Shipping may not be applied to some items.) is free of shipping & handling for standard service only {within U.S.A (excluding Hawaii & Alaska)}. Unlike USPS, Our standard shipping Method (UPS) is fully trackable & also fully insured. It is very necessary to protect your package from any unexpected incident (lost package by carrier etc,,).
Please be aware of that the
carrier might request a signature of receiver for prompt delivery
and protecting both customers and Music Plaza. For any NextDay,
SecondDay, TheeDay Delivery, the days will be counted from the
shipped date.
We are not responsible for any returned
package(s) due to incorrect address, absense at the time of the
delivery, and other reasons that caused by customers

Overseas, APO, P.O Box Shipping:
Shipped by USPS Priority
Mail or Express International Mail only. (Express International Mail
is highly recommended for all overseas shipping because your package
can be tracked). We will notify you via e-mail about the exact
amount of shipping & handling charges after receiving orders and
Music Plaza also not responsible for the package that sent via USPS
unless that package has been insured.
For Returned
Package(s):
We are not responsible for any returned
package(s) due to incorrect address, absense at the time of the
delivery, and other reasons that caused by customers. We will
re-send the package(s) and the customer will be charged full price
of Shipping & Handling for re-sending the package(s) . Customer
may cancel the order(s) due to returned package(s) but the shipping
& handling charge would be still remaining of full price.
Carrier Service
Music Plaza uses UPS only as a
carrier service. Because UPS provides fully trackable,
reliable,
And guaranteed sevices we can depend on. Please be
aware of that the carrier might request a signature of receiver for
prompt delivery and protecting both customers and Music
Plaza.
Music Plaza only uses USPS service upon customer's
request only, and Music Plaza also not responsible for the package
that sent via USPS unless that package has been insured.
